Dr. Eric Rodriguez teaches at California State University, Fullerton, and Vanguard University both undergraduate and graduate level courses in business, management, and industrial/organizational psychology. He has a doctoral degree from Pepperdine University with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Azusa Pacific University. He has several organizational and personal development tool certifications. He is a principal and founder of Focused Leader Consulting Group centered on people and organizational development. He enjoys coaching the younger generation while mentoring high school, and college students.
